STORYBOARD
ESTABLISHING SHOT:
we used the establishing shot to introduce the location. This gives the audience an idea on where the scenes are going to be based, the open spot with no one around suggests something might be suspicious.
LONG SHOT:
We used the long shot angle to present the main character Mohamed on his phone, with nobody around. It shows an entire human figure which in this case is intended to be placed in some relation to the images surroundings.
MEDIUM SHOT:
We used the medium shot to present a new character, Mathusan. Medium shots are mainly used for dialogue sequences, and they allow the viewer to pick up on the characters movements and gestures. In this shot Mathusan's body language implies mysterious in this sense, also due to his facial expression.
CLOSEUP SHOT:

In this shot Mathusan's body language implies mysterious in this sense, also due to his facial expression.
CLOSEUP SHOT:
We used a close up shot of Mathusan to express a certain feature, in this case his face, which tends to take up most of the frame. This is useful for showing detail and this shot openly presents the emotion in Mathusan's eyes, which are staring directly into the screen meaning he could be playing a evil villain. His facial expression speaks out to the consumers due to him having no emotion, just a straight serious face. This could help the audience understand that he may be shown as a anti social character.
OVER-THE-SHOULDER SHOT:
We used the over-the-shoulder shot to show Mohamed's phone being stolen from the perspective of Mohamed. This is effective because it helps the audience place the characters in their setting.
LONG SHOT:
We used the long shot to get a full body image of Mohamed chasing Mathusan due to what happened in the previous shot. This builds up tension in the story because now Mohamed is eager to get his phone back. This makes the shot interesting because we can see that the setting could possibly change due to the movements in this scene.
MEDIUM SHOT:
We used the medium shot to now show that Mathusan has stole the phone and he has to hide so that Mohamed won't find him. This is effective because we can see the background that mathusan has chose to hide at and its at a more curved setting meaning Mathusan thinks Mohamed's lost him because he's chosen a more secretive spot.
OVER-THE-SHOULDER SHOT:
We used the over the shoulder shot to give the audience a sense of what Mohamed was feeling in that moment. It sets the ambiance of the shot and gives the viewer a sense of personal relation with the actors.
LONG SHOT:
We used the long shot to present Mohamed as a resilient character. This is because after the trauma of his getting his phone stolen by Mathusan, he didn't give up and ended up catching him + he got his phone back. The audience may have sympathy for Mathusan now due to the trouble he's going to be in after Mohamed caught him but it makes them flashback to why Mathusan deserves what he's experiencing.
CLOSE UP SHOT:
We made our last camera shot be a closeup. The reason is because closeups give the audience a good idea on what the actor's emotions are. Along with everything thats happened in this story Mathusan made Mohamed look like he was the smaller person but now it came back at him. It gives the message to not do bad things because it can result to you being the smaller person in the end.
