The consumers are based in the upper classes and upper-middle classes. Those whom purchase the magazine are wealthy and have disposable income. Physcographic target audience for Tatler would be female adults in their late thirties who are posh and are looking to adapt their knowledge on todays new fashion style.
2) Look at the Tatler Media Pack 2018. Go to page 2: how does the editor introduce the magazine?
The author for Tatler's introduction for the magazine starts of by saying its a "FABULOUSLY TARGETED, SENSATIONALLY ACCURATE RIFLE SHOT TO THE RICHEST READERS IN THE COUNTRY.' The word fabulous connotes the brand is aimed at a high status (upper classes). The rifle shot my be quite stereotypical in some peoples eyes since the magazine mostly has white models in it, so the phrase as an oppositional reading would mean every white person hunts.

Its a big selling brand making £843 mil in the past year on fashion. Tatler readers are wealthy and have disposable income meaning the extra from the money they earn, they'll be able to spend that on whatever they desire.

The special editions of Tatler that run throughout the year are all different categories but they still stick to the theme of what Tatler is for. Having different choices each month allows the consumers to try new things and see if they're interested in it.

As said for previous years, Tatler is seen as a posh magazine. The central image for this specific project is designed in a more edgy way which makes the consumer interetsed in it as they're seeing something different to what people would normally see on a Tatler magazine.
